Overview

Our Volvo/ Renault equivalent NOx Sensors are all highly tested, with NGK sensor probes, ceramic NOx sensors and microprocessors, we provide the industry's leading product.

WARRANTY

All NOx sensors come with a 12-month warranty. If any issues are found in the warranty investigation your claim will be rejected.

• If damage to the area where the wiring connects to the sensor head occurs, the warranty will be invalid
• If evidence of water is found or any chemical traces are found on the product, the warranty will be void
• In order for the warranty to be valid, there must be no signs of wire damage
• If you have a faulty DPF and the sensor chip is damaged the warranty will be voided

TESTING CAPABILITIES

Our NOx sensors go through rigorous testing procedures and we compare how the ATT operates against genuine OE sensors to
ensure the sensors are of high quality.

PARAMETRIC TESTING

The Parametric Test compares the readings with the OE
readings for O2 and NOx, we set a tolerance of +/-10PPM for the
NOx Reading.

DYNAMIC TESTING

A dynamic test, quality checks communication effectiveness between the NOx sensor and the ECU. We compare how successful our sensors are against the OE equivalents.

COMPLIANCE TESTING

In the final testing stages, we conduct random compliance checks by fitting them into vehicles to monitor their performance.
