WARRANTY
Rest assured, all equivalent NOx sensors come with a robust 12-month warranty. However, please note that certain conditions apply:
- Any damage to the area where the wiring connects to the sensor head will invalidate the warranty.
- Evidence of water or chemical traces on the product will void the warranty.
- Wire damage must not be present for the warranty to be valid.
- In the event of a faulty DPF resulting in sensor chip damage, the warranty will be voided.
TESTING CAPABILITIES
Our NOx sensors undergo rigorous testing procedures to ensure optimal performance:
- Parametric Testing: We compare equivalent readings with OE readings for O2 and NOx, with a tolerance of +/-10PPM for the NOx Reading.
- Dynamic Testing: Quality checks assess communication effectiveness between the NOx sensor and the ECU, comparing the success of our equivalent sensors against OE equivalents.
- Compliance Testing: Random compliance checks are conducted by fitting sensors into vehicles to monitor performance.
